How to Train With the Sidekick Training Ball

To adjust the cord to different color settings, simply move the cord through the plastic adjuster so that all three notches on the plastic adjuster are tight and on the same color. 

The slack should be by the handle. The more slack there is, the higher up the ball will return. 

Hold the cord by the handle with your arm steady in front of you with the same side you are kicking with.

Don't pull back on the cord and don't let the cord pull you forward.

You don't have to lift the ball up with your pass or with the handle.

Just pass the ball on the ground like a normal 10 to 20 yard pass to a teammate, and control the ball back down to your feet to pass it again.
